It seems to me like it happens more often when there are a lot of moving objects on screen (public events with 4-5 people, with several specials active, grenades everywhere, taken spawning, etc.) I can provide the dxdiag in a DM if you want it.

Thank you for looking into it so quickly, it's so annoying! BattleTag: Enclave#11747 Configuration Info CPU: i7 4770K OC 4.2ghz GPU: Nvidia GeForce GTX 1080 Ti 11GB RAM: 32GB DDR4 GPU Driver Version: 388.13 Operating System: Window 10 (16299) Issue Information: Before the patch, there was micro stuttering which began over time, usually due to lots of enemies/things going on around me. Now I get 1 second big stutters when enemies/things are going on around me, rather than micro stuttering until I had to restart my game.

  • CPU: i7-4790 @ 3.60GHz GPU: Nvidia GeForce GTX 980 Ti RAM: 16.0 GBx DDR3 GPU Driver Version: 22.21.13.8569 OS: Windows 10 Home (Version 1709) I am consistently receiving small frame freezes lasting approximately 0.5 - 1 second when I am playing on any map. The problem started after the update and seems to get worse when there are more enemies populating the map. Before the update I was able to play at 60 fps, high settings, at 120% render scale with no frame stutter/freezing whatsoever. I have adjusted to a lower quality to see if it was a render problem however the same issue still exists on lower video settings. This problem is making the game nearly unplayable for me and I am sure many others. Please advise.

  • This is an update to my previous post. I used logging software to track GPU usage while playing destiny. It keeps one bouncing around and doesn't even hit 90% with vsync turned off. I keep on getting micro stutters and my fps dips from 120 to 50. Please fix thus bungie I can't even play a game I paid full price for! • The Beta version of the game worked very well. Whatever Bungie decided to add (code) in the game at the last minute prior to launch is what is causing this issue. Us PC users are just going to have to wait for an update/patch. Personally, I'm not touching the game until Bungie releases a "proper" game patch instead of a "quick fix" to the game port.
