You need to select 1 of the 3 free sparrows on the initial screen upon interacting with her.

Yeah, that's just it - none of them are free - they cost 5k each. The voice line makes it pretty clear that they're meant to be free, but they're not. I'm now at a point where I'm out of Glimmer, and she just has a selection of three sparrows that I can't afford.

Can you record a video of what you're doing/seeing?
-
This isn't my video, and it's from console, but the guy shows the EXACT same situation that I have. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Bb7q_CBBtkk I tried the advice listed in the Comments (which is why I ended up deleting my previously gotten legendary sparrow) - didn't work.

The screen titled "Red War" (with only the 3 sparrows) is where you need to select from. Don't dismiss then select one from her inventory screen.
-
Wait, so it's actually possible to dismiss a Quest Reward screen? Craaaaaap. I feel both insanely stupid, and insanely annoyed at whoever designed that UI flow... Godeffingdammit. Thank you though - haven't tried it yet, but it sounds like it makes sense, while still being totally non-sensical to me in the first place.
-
Yes, you can dismiss the campaign reward screen then go to her normal inventory screen. This is where everyone I've helped with this issue was confused (they were dismissing the campaign reward screen and selecting from her inventory...even if the same sparrow from campaign reward screen).
-
That did it! So long Wavechaser Sparrow, was nice knowing you D: Anyways, I still feel like whoever designed the user experience for picking up Campaign Rewards should have their teeth pulled - That YouTube video has more than a thousand views - must be plenty of people buying and selling Sparrows desperately trying to achieve something as simple as getting a quest reward. Huge thanks!

Yea. I can see how it may be confusing. Glad you got it progressed.
