PC needs these tools. I need to do Nightfall, none of my friends are on. I can't even type in the text box to my clan to see if anyone wants to run Nightfall. You can't communicate via zone chat for strats, help new players, organize for public events or strikes. That might be ok for console, they are used to it. But, not for PC players. A simple /shout for everyone to hit the same public quest instead of running to each one of them, see who is there. It is backwards for a game to be like this and MMO PC players are used to these features and it is frustrating to not be able to communicate with anyone. I can't organize a fireteam or team to be able to use team voice chat. This has nothing to do with technology or servers, it is because they didn't want to deal with toxic players in chat. Lazy devs are lazy.
