V2 : Hunter Recovery Boots are BROKEN on all Armor Sets
they don't give recovery, even though labeled "SURVIVOR" and "RECOVERY"
they have the same stats as "Resilience" Boots, please fix, I'd like my Rec Stat on my Rec Boots
