I paid R$199,00 to play 3 days ago, im not wishing a free dlc, a game or anything. It's just because the delay on answers or updates give me frustration, until now i did not see even a "we will give exp boost during weekend, a title, a banner" not even a "we're sorry".
They made us wait for a mistake they've made, and still we are the wrong to wait something in gratitude for waiting them fix and we do not refund.
