Factory reset PC with nothing installed but Battle.net Banned

New (used) PC, factory reset, only purchased to play Destiny 2.
The only things I've installed so far are Windows Updates and Battle.net.
Downloaded and launched the game, watched the cinematic, started a character, and now it's saying NOT SO FAST, this account has been banned.
I have nothing in my email telling me why or how. There is litterally nothing else on this PC.
So much anger right now.
Please tell me how to fix it.
EDIT: Now unbanned. Praise RNGesus.

at least you made friendships in the forums :D, but seriously get your money back i would, you only missing out on a weeks worth of content and then wish you never bought it in the first place.
