In Destiny there are account restriction and bans. Restrictions are only temporary but must be waiting out while bans are permanent. Please note that Bungie will not discuss or overturn account restrictions or bans.

Its been over 20 Hours since I've been banned for what I think was using Overwolf in the background, I have had no update on my own forum and have been redirected twice to the Bungie forums already, saying they cannot do anything, not even give out refunds to "banned" players. Such a let down, I didn't play Destiny 1, and from what I've seen already, it seems a lot of people new to this franchise playing on a PC have got a bitter first taste. Can we PLEASE have some kind of update on this?

This is absurd. Now we are completely sure we don't have idea why we where banned. It was not for the overlays, not for a stolen key (mine is from a physical edition), I didn't enter Crucible ¿Maybe I was banned for punching dogs?
