In Destiny there are account restriction and bans. Restrictions are only temporary but must be waiting out while bans are permanent. Please note that Bungie will not discuss or overturn account restrictions or bans.

Same with me, I've reinstalled Destiny 2 and it said that I've been banned I've spent hours upon hours on the game, I've spent a ton of money on it and I've never used a cheat, I don't even know how to cheat the game and I mostly play on ps4 so I definitely wouldn't be able to cheat, I've played on pc once or twice before and never used any cheats all I can think of Is getting an error code then I logged back in and it was fine then I deleted the game because I stopped playing it for a while and as I said I reinstalled the game and got banned......

You have no manual investigation because you have no support. (players could provide directx.logs and other necessary logs in private to prove it was a fake positive.) I got banned for nothing(close beta-open beta). Never even got past the login screen to make a char. I was using no tools, I never do, I am a legit player. Why not discuss a ban??? You don't want to admit you are wrong! Or you just don't care! Tha't why support is required. Then you would have found out that you banned players for nothing. And bans could have been overturned, on a case by case base where necessary.

Then why was i banned i have not ever used any tools or cheats for destiny 2 i tried to get on 15 min ago and it said my account has been banned. i use discord but i never got a reason why i was banned. All i got was a message that says "This account has been banned. For more information, please go to bungie.net/ban and i found nothing relating to why i was banned.

Battletag Casuu#2971 Hey, yesterday when I tried to connect to Destiny 2 servers I got a message telling me that I was ban... Havent use any more programs than GForce Ecperience or Discord. I have been trying to contact a Bungie employee since then and I am starting to get worried about it, have been waiting to play Destiny on PC since I started playing it 3 years ago con console, please make a fix on all this unjustified bans, not just me, all the community deserves an explanation about all this mess. OMG... unbann all this is unbelievable... I wait 2 days and am still banned. we have paid for the game and want to play again. we have done nothing for the ban !!!!! I made a refund request, if you bought it on BATTLENET you have 72H to ask. Your account BATTLENET will not be banned because it is not BATTLENET who manages the BUNGIE games. I have to be reimbursed for my purchase, I will create a battlenet account and bungie just for DESTINY 2 and if I still have the trouble, I will ask for a refund but this time, I will not buy more game BUNGIE sorry for my english, i'm kind of rusty

OMFG, they don't know anything about making a console game crossover to PC. Yep, glad I'm requesting my refund now!!! All the other high end games don't have all of the problems Bungie is having, which means they aren't a high end developer and still amateurs.
