So I was all excited today, went down to gamestop, grabbed my codes and went right home to get my game preloaded. So when I get home I put in the key for the Ghost thing I got for the preorder bonus, no issue. Then I went to put the download code for the actual Digital Deluxe edition, and I got this error. "You have already redeemed this item for this account. Please visit Blizzard Support for more information." So I immediately look in the summery page and it still says "Pre-purchase Destiny 2 now!" in the D2 slot. I don't know if my code went through, if i have a bad code or not, or If i had one from the Beta? I contacted blizzard support about this but it could take up to 24 hours. I was hoping someone here could help me a little faster than that. Thank you in advance!

    Alright, so the people in the live chat can fix it. He just fixed mine. Here's how you can get in contact with them: https://us.battle.net/support/en/help/product/destiny2/1181/1195/chat Go to that link, then just put other for payment type and enter the error message and whatever description. Letting them know that you got your code from gamestop is important. It was what I thought earlier. The system thinks you already had the game if you redeem an addon first. They will remove your add-ons and have you redeem your copy of the game. Then they will add your add-ons back. I hope this helps!
