You should have known what you were getting, so shut the hell up.

I'm guessing that title got your attention, and I'll probably get spammed and flamed for this post, but I honestly don't care. I am so sick and tired of logging into the forums only to see a bunch of basement dwelling f**ktards complaining about everything in a game that honestly isn't that "bad." Here's the simple fact: you had EVERY opportunity to pre-order the game, play the beta, and get a feel for the game. The truth, however, is that many of you that played the games beta came out and b*tched about how it was "just like Destiny 1 - boring and nothing new." Then the game comes out, and you same people are throwing a fit because the game is "nothing like Destiny 1!" You people are like wrestling fans, you really are. Doesn't matter what a company does, how well they do it, or how hard they try: you'll always complain about everything because you aren't happy unless you are online, hiding behind a keyboard, running your mouth through the use of your fingers. Are there things wrong with this game? Absolutely. I'm not saying Bungie and Activision put out a gem, because they didn't. I hate that the raids are essentially useless outside of getting an achievement that says "hey you beat the raid!" I hate that Xur is currently selling a spammer gun on Titan, and every idiot with a few hundred extra glimmer (I think it is glimmer, I could be wrong...maybe it is dust... I don't remember) can buy it and are currently spamming the crap out of Crucible with said gun. There are loads of things that I don't care for in Destiny 2, but I knew what I was getting when I got the game, and so did you if you bothered to pay attention to anything going on around you. The beta gave you a firsthand glimpse into the game and what it would be like. The mechanics were already there, and it was easy to see what was changed about each character. If you didn't pre-order and have the opportunity to play the beta, you still had more than enough information to know what you were buying. Websites like Kotaku, Forbes, etc. all gave their feedback from GameCons, Dev. Meetings, Hands-On play time, etc. -- if that wasn't enough, you had magazines like Game Informer that blasted what they loved and hated about the game as their members got to play it months in advance. You honestly had ZERO reason not to know what you were getting. It sounds like a LOT of you need to go to school for computer programming, game development, art, and so forth and just make the game you wanted, since you think it is so easy to appease millions of people. This game stands no chance, and it isn't because it is a bad game. It is because half of you are pissed off that it isn't "just like destiny 1" and the other half of you are pissed off because you think it is "just like destiny 1." You are like Call of Duty players - you are mad when glitches get patched and you can't cheat. You are mad when a game is fixed. You are mad when developers try new things. You are mad when you throw your temper tantrum in your grandma's basement and no one's there to care and comfort your pms-ing lil a**. "I want to spam grenades in crucible!" Oh... you want Call of Duty: World at War? Well, go play COD-WAW then. Some of us enjoy the fact that you have to actually shoot and kill your opponent instead of standing across the map, throwing grenades and then running in for a cheap potshot. "You don't have to grind for good gear!" Umm, yeah, you do. In fact, you can only move so far per week before you hit a cap and can't go any higher, no matter what you do. I applaud the fact that it doesn't feel like I am doing the same thing over and over again as I play public events, strikes, etc. "They canceled Trials of the Nine because of a stupid glitch!?" Yes, yes they did. They canceled a game mode to fix an issue that gave gamers an unfair advantage by glitching between walls and killing people endlessly. They are fixing something where you get awarded for going "flawless" for so many games in a row. You should be happy about this, not complaining about it - but let me guess, most of you suck so badly that you can't win without a glitch, so you are throwing a hissy-fit because your only chance at going flawless was just thrown out of a second story window like a victim in the beginning of an episode of CSI. There's no appeasing you guys and gals. You will complain no matter what happens. I'll just continue to enjoy the game, and beat it for the 10th time, helping some noob run through the campaign. Why? Because I like the game. It has its flaws, and there are times I want to kick Activision and Bungie for stupid nuances, but I still love the game. It isn't perfect, and neither was Destiny 1. Get over it - play the game, or move along.
