Pc is not gonna save this game

It's no secret that destiny 2 has been streamlined to the be the game we see before us. No depth, no meaningful activities or gear, and very little reason to stick around In trying to be accessible to more new players, they have only put off old fans and failed to capture the interest of new ones without the unique game that once was. Pc players are not looking for accesabilty, these people are the real deal. I'm no pc player but I know destiny 2 is gonna be a huge flop to pc players. Why is that you ask? Well these are the same people who are more accustomed and a quantum with full blown mmos and rpg games. From black desert online to world of warcraft, even warframe on the pc. Destiny always was half rpg, but they took every bit out of the game for building a character or raiding for awesome shit. I still remember my first experience playing an mmo called star legends. I'm already forgetting about d2's experience of building my character. No one is gonna stick around for 5 more red mamba with no chance to get anything else that can change the game experience, I say game experience because that's how a game created depth In terms of pvp, that has been "streamlined even worse". As a former halo player, i was already familiar with the slower paced arena shooter. Halo was known to be the game that sold the xbox. Destiny 2 tried to replicate that but lost itself in the process, with engagments often being 1 of two things. Two or more players cutting corners and lines of sight passively, or one player getting outnumbered. Compared to the high octane action, and different variety of engagements in d1. You may have been killed by the same guns but, getting rushed by a shotty, Rolled up on, and juked out has way more variety of ways to die than just lines of sight not being cut properly. Pc players are not gonna take this, halo was a game that made its name in that type of play but offered more to its formula. Beyond that, they play shooters with more depth and variety. Look at games like overwatch, counter strike, tf2, unreal tournament, and even the anticipated lawnbreakers. Rainbow six has taken a spot up there as well. Simple isint gonna cut it anymore, they want more ways to play than just point and shoot and line of sight management. One game of overwatch will see you outplayed in way more ways than you will ever be outplayed in d2. These games offer many different skills to master and show on the battlefield. Better graphics isint everything, neither is a few quality of life changes and a higher frame rate They aren't looking for streamlined, accesable, or watered down. They want unique and engaging, destiny 2 can't even recapture its own fanbase consistently, what makes you think they will capture pc gamers?
