What is more telling is the fact that they had to use a glitch to beat it. This raid has no appeal to me so I haven’t done it.
Slayerage (world first nm) did prestige then immediately turned the game off and went to play fortnite citing he could not get people to play D2 with!
The sheer number of “Bungie what have you done? “ videos and the lack of T1 streamers playing D2 should be ringing alarm bells but Cosmo and Deej seem to think a simple “we’re listening “ or “friendgame” comment will suffice.
I’m very sad about it.

The prestige raid is doable without a single glitch, if you “need” a glitch to do an activity you suck and shouldnt be doing the activity to begin with. However i do agree with the fact that there is no reason to do prestige for the usual player because you dont get rewarded for it. But if we look back at d1 raids (mainly kf and wotm) the hard mode gear was just a reskin of the normal mode gear. And was not required to get to max rank, to an extend you didnt have to do crota either to get to max light because ib dropped gear at max light so it isnt new to destiny at all. I would have loved for prestige gear to be worth going for, but it isnt. I am going to collect it because to me it shows that i beat the most challenging activity, however thats the only thing it represents

It's a pretty niche group of 13 year olds who actually care about streamers. Bungo is after your casual/average gamer, I think they're going to be okay. Just breatheee
