WHat Happened to My Iron Banner Tokens??
Spend time playing Crucible Iron Banner with 3 other Clan mates last Friday evening. I had accumulated 17 tokens prior to returning to Tower. Not all of our fireteam arrived back at the tower successfully. Some had the black screen issue. Those that did make it back to the Tower found no vendors. I logged out of D2 and reloaded D2 and upon returning to Tower everything looked normal so I went to Saladin and turned in my tokens, but received no packages in return. 17 tokens and nothing! Prior to this event I had earned 2 packages. D2 is having so many issues I am about to call it quits. So what happened to my tokens and how do I get them back??

20 tokens for a package (when you redeem 10 at a time!). You have played 11(5W/6L) IB matches. The friday you are refering to is sunday (after what I can see). The max token count you could had earned with that is 79 (37 from games/12 from challenges/30 daily milestone bundles) tokens? That is 3 packages max.
