Why so i have a temporary ban?
Why do i have a temporary ban on my account?

Moderator, please do not send me the link to the article about bans as i have read it over 3 times now.
No i did not cheat, I have a 4.6kd in trials for d2 legitly - mainly just versing noobs.
1. I want a real answer as to why i am temporarily banned.?
2. I want to know how long it will be for.?
AGAIN: Moderator, do not comment on this post posting the article to the ban, i want a legitimate response to my question as do other players.
