So this is something I've always wanted from Destiny, but never thought to mention. I have always wanted to play alongside my other created guardians, whether it be in strikes or freeroam/campaign. Clearly the two other created guardians would not be able to be played by the player, so they would more than likely need to be AI companions, but it would be a new favorite game mode for myself and other players I have bounced the idea off of. I am not at all complaining that this is not already a gameplay option, I am very happy creating fireteams with other people! I just feel that it would be an excellent addition to the game, whether it be included later with d2 or added with d3.
This could also possibly work with a split screen option, where the second player could play as one of the un-selected guardians on the profile being used. It would be a great way for siblings with only one console to be able to play at the same time, rather than having to wait their turn, which as we all know could take several short hours for the player, but long hours for the one waiting.
Just a couple thoughts, and again, thank you for a fantastic gameplay experience!

There are racing games that has a feature similiar to this - where they monitor how you play the game and then create an AI based on the data gathered so your friends can race against your AI. It would be cool if it actually worked in Destiny but I think it'd be way too complex to make it good.

I would love split screen so when friends are round for beer, pizza and gaming we could actually play Destiny together...you know kinda socially. Sadly we are stuck with Goldeneye, PES, Mario Kart and CoD.

Additionally, there have been numerous times I wanted to play with family or friends but couldn't and had to take turns instead. I would love to see one or both features included in a future update and/or game!
