  • She bought it only through Xbox market place. They informed me we have to get in contact with you guys at bungie to get a new code or you would be able to give her a way to re download the pre order gun

  • Unfortunately, Bungie does not provide codes. Are you positive she purchased the Digital Deluxe Edition under her own account?

  • Yes I am positive Microsoft verified that she did purchase it but they informed me that since she bought it online in the Xbox market place that we need to contact bungie the makers of the game to fix this dlc issue. So now I’m stuck and don’t know how to fix this issue for her. There was no code to type in it just all got unlocked on her console but now the gun dlc is the only thing missing.

  • The only other option I have to recommend is for her to reinstall all Destiny 2 content to her console. Here's how: 1. Uninstall Destiny 2. 2. Clear the console's cache: Power off the console and unplug it from the power brick for five minutes. This will ensure that all Destiny 2 files and folders are deleted from the console. You will not lose any characters and/or progress as it is saved on Bungie's server. 3. Reinstall Destiny. https://www.bungie.net/en/Help/Article/45183 If she still does not have access to the Coldheart, she'll have to ask Microsoft Support to see if they can give her a replacement license. Bungie cannot offer this service since they do not control content licenses. Hope this helps.

  • We contacted Xbox but they pointed us to you guys since she bought it online at Xbox marketplace. They said bungie would be the people to fix this issue but they verified she did purchase it and download it to her account a few month before release

  • I preordered from Gamestop and I did receive a code which I entered. I got the killtracker ghost but not the exotic weapon.

  • Yes I've given up on trying to get my cold heart I've pretty ordered to just makes me never want to pre-order for bungee anymore they're money hungry and don't want to help fix there mistakes
