Why is the Gunsmith called Gun"Smith"? He doesn't smith anything.

Please bring back his ability to do in Armsday orders.
Or, let's rename him to "Tokenguy", cause that's all he's good for.

Mods in general need expanded on. Also the plus 5 for legendaries should just not be there and instead be something PvE related.
