Hit registration irregular or resilience factor?

So after watching some tests from various YouTubers, resilience doesn't seem to add anything or almost nothing at least, 1 shot difference from any gun it seems between min/max. While this is almost impossible to test without custom games, they seem to have done a pretty good job figuring it out and it seems legit. But... I'm mainly using Origin Story or Uriel's gift when I PvP so it should be some what consistent, but in each game they "feel" different, in some games people melt like butter and in others it seems to take a whole magazine of hits to down opponents. You get the feedback from getting hits, that actually doesn't sound that much different from each scenario, so is it resilience or just poor hit registration? Thinking the latter as I sometimes get hit markers from shots I clearly missed, also suspecting that some shots get delayed and doesn't give you feedback, this is why it feels like they just melt.

  • Anyone else notice the hits changing damage? I hit 44 headshots all the time with MIDA then all of a sudden the last headshot will be like a 48.

  • what it is, is the shitty p2p multiplayer. Either you're host or very close (melt like butter) or you're not and fairly far from the host (latency; seems to take a whole clip). The issue you're seeing is them shitting on pvp by not giving us dedicated servers.
