Removed from game world

Hi, Ever since the faction rally update, I keep getting kicked from the game world and it tells me that I'm unable to connect to destiny servers as I'm having networking issues. I've been playing since the game launched and I was never disconnected once in the three weeks prior to the that update. I also haven't changed anything in relation to my internet as it was working fine before the update came out. Every other device and all other games work fine with no problems whatsoever. I'm wondering what can I do to fix this as I have heard no reply from Bungie on this matter. I have also created various topics and sent messages and received no reply. I've gotten multiple error codes such as beaver and baboon and it's beginning to make this game unplayable. It happens around every hour or so and sometimes when i try load into the tower. Getting kicked multiple times in one playing session and also during the raid, IB, etc, is making me no longer want to play the game. I have tried unplugging the power cord from my PS4 in order to clear the PS4 cache however this has not worked. Is there anything I can do as I would really like to solve this. Also, if I still receive no official response, would I perhaps be able to get a refund from PSN store for my purchase as I don't want a game that doesn't work and I've received no support for.

  • Hi there, Thank you for your detailed report and listing the troubleshooting steps you've already attempted! To rule out an issue with your installation of Destiny, you may want to attempt to reinstall the game using the following steps: 1) Uninstall ALL Destiny 2 content and add-ons 2) Clear the console cache again 3) Reinstall Destiny 2 Here is a detailed guide on reinstalling Destiny: https://www.bungie.net/en/Help/Article/45179 If that does not resolve the issues, you may want to contact your Internet Service Provider to investigate potential issues along the route your network traffic is taking that could be impacting your connection stability. If you do contact your Internet Service Provider, please keep in mind that your signal levels change while playing Destiny. For your Internet Service Provider to get the most accurate analysis of your connection, have them run their troubleshooting checks while you are attempting to play Destiny.
