Can someone explain to me why bungie made hunters so mediocre ? Everything on gunslinger is so poop compared to how it used to be when it should be rewarding a skillful player . I hit my enemy in the head with a throwing knife which is pretty hard to do and can’t even take off his shield . Whereas a titan bro can just throw his pulse Grenade at me or shoulder charge which are both basically instant kills . This is just one example of my woes being a hunter . Plz help

Shoulder charge isn't one hit kill anymore... just throwing that out there...

Git gud?

The hunter is my favorite class to play. It isn't weak in the slightest.

Hunters are actually really good in pvp and pve. Don't know what the problem is?

Hunter has the best mobility, and i'm not talking about mobility/recovery/resilience. they are the easiest characters to maneuver and any good PvP player can attest to how important the ability to maneuver is. Double B dash is also huge in escaping from unfavorable situations with ease. Titans have shields. Warlocks have rifts. The classes are fairly balanced. If you can't utilize the skillset of a hunter, you have no one to blame but yourself. Many top tier players use them and are near unstoppable.

Hunters are so good. The other classes are slow and clunky I just can’t stand them.

Shoulder Charge only takes off shields and pulse grenades only kill you if you're dumb enough stand in them. Hunters are fine. It's funny how the other two characters are always better no matter which one you choose.

Hunter only good for finding resources. So sad.

Nightstalker is the only usable hunter class. I love gunslinger but it sucks hard: grenade are a joke, throwing knife is not good. The super is good but it takes 2gg shot to take down a titan barrier.

I’ve used all three sub classes for the hunter, and the only one that is even a little bit useful is the void class. I used to fear going up against a hunter with a full super, now I just feel bad for them.

Edited by KalelKrypt0nian: 10/13/2017 11:24:15 PMYou know what I am not a hunter but I agree with you problem is the hunter has been made week with nothing surprisingly powerful about them like say a Titan. even Warlock has some qualities in the subclasses that need improving. I have always thought that all three guardians should be made equally powerful right down the middle as they say and let the skill of the person controlling their guardian decide the Victor but it would seem that Bungie is a bit of a Titan fan boy since they made Halo etc

The devs at bungie hate hunters. None of them playtest as a hunter, and since hunters were so popular in D1 the devs purposely made the hunter weak to make the other two classes more appealing in D2.
