Poll To Bring Trials and Iron Banner back to Destiny 1
Destiny 2 has been a monumental disappointment for me. I’ve made multiple posts laying out what I don’t like, but it really just boils down to feeling limited in play style and feeling weak or powerless when playing.
So because of this I’ve decided to go back to Destiny 1. And while there are still pieces of gear from Age of Triumph that I’ve yet to get, the weekly and monthly events like Trials of Osiris and the Iron Banner being gone really put a hamper on the game.
It would be an amazing show of faith by Bungie to the fans who haven’t yet gotten Destiny 2 or just aren’t that into it to bring these events back. Destiny 2 is so different from Destiny that I would prefer that they had just kept releasing new content for Destiny, and if we can’t have that can we at least get Trials and/or IB back?

I can’t agree more. Destiny 2 is like a bad DLC with full-price for the first game, and taking out the events is pretty bad, especially when people still buy it. #BringD1Back

First things first, despite the many things that I found distasteful about D2 at launch aside from the fact D2 exists at all, props to Bungie for addressing many of these issues. It is very much appreciated, good work guys. I have and play both games and enjoy both. However, I do prefer the first game. I must say I am surprised that Bungie has removed events from D1. Especially when people are still purchasing it. That was a big part of the game and it kinda screws new players out of the experience and makes the game feel sort of empty. There is still a player base for the game so why remove the events? Bungie, what are you doing? Run the events in both games.

In my opinion Destiny 1 was a way better game than Destiny 2 and it's my favorite out of the two. I'm certain I'm not the only one who agrees Destiny 1 to be superior. I paid a lot of money for Destiny 1 and it's DLCs and for Bungie to take Trails of Osiris and Iron Banner away from the people who paid for there game seems unfair. Bungie if you're even listening bring back Trails of Osiris and Iron Banner back to Destiny 1 you'll make your fan base really happy. And just a little icing on the cake to make it better bring back holiday events like The Dawning , Sparrow Racing League , Festival of the Lost , and Crimson Days.

Ive recently gotten Destiny 1 a couple months ago and i think they should re-add all the events and whatnot back since like me and many many others out there have not experienced this game in its entirety i really enjoy this game and from what i can tell the majority of the players r playing destiny 1 over destiny 2
