Forza 5 was free with Gold last month, so I downloaded it. Only started playing it today, and after doing the introductory race and picking my car, the first real race began. In the pre-game menu, I saw some shit for "get Tokens to boost XP." I've heard about the obscene amount of DLC cars in this game (lol there were like 5 in the beginning pool of cars), and the Tokens looked like yet more microtransactions. I was curious, so I pressed the button to get some expecting the option to select what bundle of Tokens and payment method I wanted, to see how greedy their pricing was. I had no intention of actually buying any. Instead a small notification popped up telling me that I had successfully bought some Tokens. My question is, can Tokens be exchanged with another in-game currency or do they have to be bought with real dollars? The game didn't ask me to confirm my payment method, which is unusual, nor did it ask me if I wanted the small, medium, or large Token bundle, again unusual. I checked my Microsoft account for recent purchases and nothing from Forza 5 showed up (good) but I'm still paranoid those greedy f[b]u[/b]cks may have taken my money as slyly as possible (as is the purpose of microtransaction systems).
