three yrs later

I completed my first raid yesterday(oct. 4) n i was getting keys. I went back in the raid to get the rewards from the chest, and I couldn’t open the chest. I looked in my inventory i had no keys. Restarted my console, switch characters and checked all characters inventories wasn’t there. Please fix this problem
