I can't say this is going to do anything, just something to try. There was a strange interaction with the Xbox one in early Destiny 1, that caused some high pitch sounds if a certain setting was turned on. In Xbox settings, go to "Display &a Sound" > "Volume" > "Chat Mixer". Ensure it is set to "Do Nothing". Like I said, that was a D1 thing and may have zero to do with what you are experiencing, but it's worth a try (and if it works, let me know please!) Beyond that, it might be some strange interaction with your local audio hardware. I'd recommend turning off/ unplugging some audio devices (including headsets) to strip down to the tv volume, and if the issue isn't present in a basic audio setup then start reconnecting devices until it reappears - that way you can troubleshoot what it is causing the interaction.
