If you finish the race part with downed guardians and the timer to close to the wipe and still manage to complete, a persistent error killing guardians on respawn will persist until going to orbit and entering the raid again.

No, the glitch he is talking about it the respawn glitch where only part of the fire team might spawn but the rest remain dead. Seems that the only fix is to just have people start leaving the fire team. After one or 2 leave then the rest of the team will respawn. IT IS 100% BROKEN.
