Rat King's Crew not accumulating counts towards anything.
My friend (Bindini) and myself (xPiagues) have been doing rat king's crew for him to get him able to get closer to getting the item, and for some reason No Patrols will count towards his count. Any help? is it a bug..

You both need to be at the same step in the quest or be with someone that is using the rat king. Just having it in their inventory is not sufficient.
