I find that if I'm in my menu/character screen actively doing something with my inventory while flying into the tower I get a game crash. No error message appears. I can re-enter the game after the crash. This also occasionally happens if I'm using a third party interface and actively transferring items (i.e. DIM). I'm on PS4 pro. I have encountered this at least 2-3 times per gaming session.
