Faction Leaders
Faction leaders aren't appearing or spawning in.

Reset Destiny. i.e. "quit Destiny" app and jump back in. It's like restarting computer after installing new program.

Yup same here went to orbit and back like 5 times and then they were there.

Go to orbit and come back. It worked for me.
