My Kill Tracker Ghost is unavailable to use.
I bought D2 using PS store - bought game and redeemed bonus codes on my account and my PlayStation.
I received all my bonuses but my Kill Tracker has been glitched out for over two weeks. It says “requires pre order to use item”

1 ReplySame issue with me. I bought the physical limited edition from eb games(Canada). Entered the code inside the CD case. I was able to get the coldheart, killtracker ghost and emote upon finishing the campaign and reaching lvl 20. However 2 weeks ago, the killtracker ghost and emote are greyed out and says I "requires pre order to use item". On day one I gameshared with my friend's account, but I picked up my own physcial copy on day 2 and have been playing that since. I'm thinking that might be the issue? The game still thinks I'm game sharing off my friend's account, but I have purchased my own copy of Destiny 2, and those two items are locked out.
