Did not reciece preorder weapons
My friend and i split the price of the destiny preorder pack as we gameshare on xbox one, we have both completed the campaigne and reached level 20 but are not recieving any of the special items promised in the preorder bundle. Please resolve this issue bungie

5 Replies1) only the account that actually owns the license to the game is eligible for preorder bonuses. Any account that the license is shared with is not eligible for them. 2) if the account that owns the license isn’t getting any preorder stuff, they’ll need to talk to the retailer it was purchased from. Retailers were responsible for distributing those codes, not Bungie.
