Okay, Let me explain situation here: Game is few month old. What this means is more people have this quest done. WHat his also means is that less people stiill have to do this. On a second or third char, people do not want to redo it one reason that it is a waste of time. We can get the rat king from the vault, infuse it, and be done with it. What I am saying here is, that within a few months, that less people get to help people because they dont want to get the same exotic. What I think should happen is that when you have a second or third char is the world quests, should give random exotics.
