Got a question for ya'll

This is a serious question & I would like a serious answer. My wife & I were sitting around talking with some of our other parent friends. 1 of the dad's brought up the topic of the Easter Bunny, Santa, unicorns, & magical stuff in general. He is a firm believer in not getting kids started on that path. So everyone chimed in with their opinion & I was kinda sitting there without one, because I had never thought about it before. So I thought, there is a wide range of ages here & I would like get your honest thoughts about: 1.) When you stopped believing 2.) Do you wish you could have held on to those beliefs longer 3.) Do you wish you had stopped believing sooner 4.) When did you break it to your kids, if you are a parent 5.) -blam!- you xronad, they are real & you will never change my mind!

  • I never believed, my father was a Baptist minister in the south, (if you move the "n" in "Santa" to the end you get "Satan", is what I was always told) I let my children believe, until the Christmas my son got his ps3... out of sheer jeleousy for santa getting the credit, I had to tell him the truth. Ha! Kids need fantasy, keeps their minds thinking of what could be possible. Hell we all run around pretending to save the universe, and I'm a grown ass man!
