I am saying WTF is wrong with giving me the option to do the damn Strikes solo! That is all. I am not taking anything away from anyone asking for this. Give me the option. Let me be able to enter the things solo. I can get into the Nightfall solo. I think the damn time mechanism is a cheap shot but fine. And I can still get into it and try it myself. I can get into the Raid solo. My D1 people can look them up for themselves. I have soloed Coe. I have soloed Nightfalls. The entire campaign was available in Heroic and a real heroic. And yes I wanted to do the Strikes solo in D1 too. I am not saying get rid of it. I would use it. But give people the option. You are taking nothing away from anyone and I know I am not the only person who wants this option.

I hear ya buddy, loud and clear. I wish it were the same and I think it comes from the love of Halo. I too loved the Halo games of old and would spend hours clocking the missions on the hardest settings with most or all the skulls on. That's what is frustrating about this in Destiny, that there is no choice in how to do it. Even if they made it so that you had private strikes which you could say was to keep it just clan based, that could work but again, no option given. Keep up the good fight anyway dude. 1 Replybungie wants people to work together to play their game. thats not such a bad concept, problem is people are dicks, ingrates, egotistical and downright rude. So getting a good group together, or finding people who arn't in it to just be carried, is troublesome. Outside of clan mates i can understand the desire to do this stuff solo. But it would require a rework to make it 'easier' solo.

1 ReplyMay surprise you but Destiny is a Multi Player game. You are only ever solo in the campaign and everything else is co op. I think you need to find another game for your single player needs because it will never change.

There was matchmaking in D1 too so why are you complaining about it in D2? Personally I have no problem with matchmaking in strikes, you will have the occasional good and bad players every now and then,but you will just have to deal with it or play another activity.

Judging by my observations this game was created just for solo players (yes it's sarcasm), because 70 percent of the events I perform solo, and OMG, how difficult it is to perform heroic events when enemies of the same level as you are, it's almost impossible. My situation is often this: I stand far from the place of the event, and at this time the boss and about 25 minions shoots me, after that one thought - WTF? How can I progress solo in a game in which 3 or 4 people need to win, but the problem is that these people are simply not online, almost no one plays f..king events, which are almost the only way to progress in the game (yes, tell me now that this is my fault in this). Earlier I could receive exotic engrams in patrol, in strikes, in PvP, and now only stupid and often impossible events. I use a medallion and got only one exotic engram in 4 hours, and besides a bunch of legendary engrams that were still useless and therefore were sent to the trash.

That matchmaking for the nightfall is not normal matchmaking my friend. It makes you look for a clan that wants to help you through it. It also says a estimated time it will take before you find a clan. You cant compare that with normal matchmaking for a strike. Also, nightfalls and raids are things that are end game content. They are harder then normal activity's. Because of that, normal matchmaking wouldnt work on them because you need players that you can depend on and can communicate with. Thats why guided games show you that you have to use a mic. You can play the entire game solo apart from crucible, nightfalls and raids. Those are multiplayer activity's. You should know that from all those hours you had. So are you complaining right now that you still havent figured out that there are multiplayer things in this game or because you didnt payed attension what was on your screen?
