On Techicolor router, setup a PPPoeE internet connection in your console (or if you use an additional router set it up in that one). Really solved my probs.

Me too man :( been happening to me on Xbox for a few days now... I really wish Bungie would either have communicated the issue and raised awareness in the This Week at Bungie blog, or at least updated their stickied thread about it, because they've said nothing about the issue for almost a week.
