now im not a kid thats gonna come on here and cry but this is ridiculous xur has sold 2 of the most sought after and grinded for weapons and its annoying that the players that barely play the game can get some of the best and most fun items in the game with ease i grind this game and it makes you feel accomplished when you finally get these weapons but all that goes down the drain when everyone can get these weapons so easy i mean ten legendary marks that takes dismantling 4 legendarys this franchise has taken a step back and now caters to casual players and i know im not alone on this comment if you agree

  • Explain to me how bashing your head against your RNG dropped Exotics hoping for an RNG dropped weapon (Coil isn't even that good anyway?) means you've "Earned" it? One of my IRL friends that I play with all the time went from 285 power to 297 in two days due to his luck with drops on luminous engrams from the reset, and Calus drops (Not the rest of the raid, just the final fight). Do you feel he earned that, while the rest of my friends went up maybe two points in the same time frame from grinding and working hard to inch their light up?

  • The only "earned" exotics were ever the quest exotics. And even the Vanilla quest exotics relied on rare luck to get the quest to even trigger. A pro can play for a thousand hours in D1 and never get a GHorn. But some newbie could get it on his first Nightfall. Did the newbie "earn" it? No. Good for him, he got the Gallyhorn. But it wasn't earned. The same way I don't "earn" my winnings from Vegas. I got them via luck.

  • I just hope you aren't serious. I thought all the 'earned' idiots were ousted back in year one.
