So I preordered Destiny 2 June of 2017. I did not receive my preorder content and now I do not have access to play the game unless I pay 59.99. I contacted Microsoft to find out what's going on. The customer service representative I spoke to has a copy of my receipt and purchase history. How can we resolve this issue?
