Hi Bungie,
I contact you following an item lost while trying to transfer it from a character to another with the companion App. Actually I lost to items. The first one was a vehicle so I thought it wouldn't matter. However the second one was my strongest weapon : a 300 power legendary shotgun.
This one troubles me much more.
If you need additionnal information, the first item was lost for no particular reason, it was just written : Transfer impossible. The shotgun however could not reach my other character because there was no available slot.
It would be great if you could do something about this and restore my items.
Also.. it would be great if you could fix this issue on the Companion App.
