I was playing on Emperors Respite, when I was shot and killed. As my body ragdolled, and I spectated over my Ghost, I saw a grenade slide past two crests and subsequently blast them off the map into the abyss. Why is this a feature? This provides a very easy way to interfere with the scoring system, and it doesn't make much sense.
