Suggestion for pre-congifured and quick change loadout feature
The game knows when a person is engaged in combat because it will not let you fast travel. During those times it would really great to be able to use the D-pad to quickly change armor/weapon loadouts. No one needs to sit down in the middle of a fight. Examples would be:
Left - loadout #1
Up - loadout #2
Right - loadout #3
This would allow for a Void, Solar, or Arc loadouts for armor, weapons, and even abilities without having to hide somewhere to switch a gun to a different "energy" or swap armor to get faster recovery when you switch abilities. I could see building 3 sets of armor with perks for each ability. A pre-configured fast switch would be so cool.
Maybe people could upvote this if you think it would be of value.

2 RepliesAs fun as this sounds it will probaby never happen because it would almost be like holding 3 weapons in each weapon slot at once. This idea sounds better than it would actually work in the game. There are reasons we are unable to change our whole loadout mid combat with the press of the button.

One of the bigger problems with this I could see is people running around in the "Loading armor" contently. That blue cloud when it hasn't loaded some one completely
