Edited by WhitEWatchEs: 9/19/2017 9:04:55 PMI wish the old exotics would've stayed behind.
-
Because Hard Light is amazing and now it can switch between all the energy types freely.
-
Too OP it recharged your super and had unlimited ammo potentially. This is bungies mentality with any exotics that had power.
-
Seriously, that was the only Exotic weapon in the game.
-
I agree! I loved pairing the bad Juju with my Obsidian Mind and getting my super pretty quick in PvE! Especially in Prison of Elders... Which I would also like to see make a comeback
-
Was my absolute favorite exotic primary.
-
It probably better this way, if they brought it back it would just be nerfed and ruined, it's better to remember it great than to have it and it remember what it once was

Bad Juju is out likely for PvP balancing reasons. Combine it with armor exotics that generate Super Energy in whatever fashion for each class, and you're bringing back the whole Abilities used more than guns fiasco (highly exaggerated issue because unless you sat in Mayhem its impossible to use abilities more than guns, just people bitching someone pulled out a clutch).

Bad Juju + devour... unf <3

I miss bad juju and red death, those were my favorite exotics in destiny 1. The vex mythoclast was awesome too but by the time bungie finally decided to press the button and allow players to get the vex at higher light, I had already left for overwatch. Im back now but the one exotic that barely gets my attention seems to never drop for me, I really want the vigilance wing

Hardlight is a foundry weapon so it's existence is allowed according to lore, however, only one Bad Juju existed according to lore (per player), so it was destroyed in the Tower. If they do bring it back, they could justify it somehow, but right now, other than they don't want to, that's why Hardlight is in and Bad Juju is out.
