I don't know if many people are still struggling with this error code but I know I was until recently. For this you need a PC or a Laptop with Internet (I would recommend a wired connection for maximum signal), go to "Setting" from there to "Network & Internet" once there click on "Mobile Hotspot" and turn it On, you can change the name and password if you want. Now on your Xbox go to "Network Settings" and look for your Laptops/PC's name and connect to it. I've been playing for a day and a half and it haven't given me a single "Cabbage" code. I hope this works with you too.
