What damage type do you prefer in a game?
Do you like doing Huge burst of damage taking off chunks of a bosses health and one shotting weak enemies? Or do you prefer to melt bosses before they even have a chance to register what happened?

Edit: Thanks for helping me with my terminology. By Dps I mean sustained damage. "Melting" an enemy.

I like to mix it up with whatever character I play. For example, in D2, I use an auto rifle and a sidearm for my Titan, which are longer dps. Meanwhile, my hunter is all about burst damage. Hand cannon, shotgun, SMG, sword, you name it.
