For any interested parties, some players are reporting that PlayStation 4 update 4.74 which was just launched is alleviating some crashes for them.

Since the update I've been playing the game without a single crash now. I hope this is a long term solution since previously I was getting frustrated not being able to play longer than 5-10 minutes at a time.

Same for me. Turning off HDCP actually got me through 3 days without an error. Last night it crashed hard during the raid though. I'll likely play on my regular PS4 tonight to finish out the last boss in the raid though. I don't want to risk a crash at the last second.
