Refund

How do I go about requesting a refund for Destiny 2 due to Error codes, I know Bungie is working on a fix but I've lost patience. I have a PS4 Pro and purchased from the PlayStation Network

  • I contacted Sony via online chat to receive my refund. They have stated that it is currently being processed. I did it the day after I purchased my digital game though. I am not sure if the purchase date will factor into whether or not they will refund the game.

    • I did the same and they rejected a refund because I already have downloaded the full game. WTF? My respond on that was a bit more harsh and I hope they understand that. This game is a coop multiplayer game. And the availability at a given time it a crucial aspect of the product because your coop mates are in the endgame and you are just starting if they take more than a few days to fix this issue.
