Hi hi! I'm not sure if this is the best point of contact but I never received my pre-order EXP bonus. I have completed the game story with at least one character and am level 20. I redeemed it when I began playing the game and was told I'd receive it via the postmaster once I hit level 20, however it never appeared. Is anyone else having this issue and is there a way for me to amend it? Thanks for the help in advance!
