So I recently obtained the Hunter chest armor exotic 'The Dragon's Shadow'. It's got a pretty awesome perk in my opinion. "Quicksilver Mail - Grants increased movement and weapon handling speed for a short time after Dodging" That's awesome! Now.. Problem is.. I'm not noticing it activate no matter what dodge I use. Can anyone confirm this also?
