Same issue here: got the game on Xbox, cabbage error everywhere as soon as I get to a progress check in any quest. I already tried port forwarding and such, didn't change anything. And yes, I have the modem provided by telecom (Italy) which should be a technicolor.
Hopefully it will be fixed, I'm not going to pay extra money to change my router because of a bug.

I'm on Xbox 1 too and nothing works either. Did the whole port forwarding thing too and it didn't work. This very error plagued be the whole time the beta was active only it was called Moose at that stage. So these people knew there was an error that wasn't fixed but allowed the release to go ahead.
