i have the same problem but on my Xbox one and its annoying i payed $100 for a working game and i got a peace of trash. I've spent the last 3 days trying to figure out what it was and it was the game i am having the same problems with destiny one. Bungie PLEASE FIX THIS!! I think I speak for all of us when i say that.
