Yesterday 9/8/17, I decided to give myself a boost and spent $100 on silver. I started opening the bright engrams and got a number of items I was hoping to get. Unfortunately, since my inventory was full, items started pouring over to the Postmaster. But he quickly collected more than 20 items and the other items past that point (including two exotic ships and other items) were discarded. Now i’m being told that “discarded items” can not be replaced, but I see a GREAT difference between in-world items that are collected and subsequently discarded, versus items that were the result of a purchase. There’s not telling now how much money I literally donated to Bungie yesterday. -How do I get my items/bright engrams/money back? -Why doesn’t the bright engrams interface forwarn that the Postmaster is at capacity? -Why would I assume (without having taken the time to research before purchasing) that the Postmaster would have a limited recovery inventory for cash purchased items?
