COLDHEART EXOTIC REDEMPTION CODE IN PS4 PRO BUNDLE
I just got off the phone with Sony and they have explained to me that the bundle does NOT come with the redemption code for the Coldheart. Although inside the game case is a paper that clearly shows the Coldheart is given to us using the code and also gives us a step my step instruction on how to redeem it.
At the moment, they cannot do anything for us besides "escalate" the problem to see if they will come out with a resolution. In their instructions and info, they show that the coldheart does not come with the bundle, BUT we are the ones who purchased this and opened up our case to see the damn pictures of the coldheart and the information/code to redeem it. They have given us false information and that Is just unacceptable for the people who just purchased a $500 console to obtain false information inside. I suggest everyone call PSN and file complaints so that they can actually do something about this.

If you are the primary license holder on your console, please check in-game for your Coldheart Exotic Trace Rifle. Once checked, please report back to this comment with your status, so we can confirm the resolution of this issue.

Just a heads up. I was in the same boat as everyone here. Today I went to banshee and my coldheart was randomly there. They must have fixed it.

1 ReplyAmazing. Considering the pamphlet that has the picture has the -blam!-ing instructions for picking up coldheart. This is ridiculous and needs to be fixed.

Seems like the issue is resolved for atleast the cold heart rifle. Spoke to the weapon master it was finally waiting for me. Too bad its only 215 power level. Still missing the rest of the premium digital content (legendary sword and emote) but its a start. Thanks Bungie!

Same issue as everyone else, PS4 Pro LE bundle. No exotic. Hopefully they remedy this soon.

Basically, the code PS PRO (d2 bundle) users were given DOES not include the Cold Heart, even though, the voucher the code is printed on clearly states it does. Good one Activision...you had one job.

I have same issue, I pre-ordered Destiny 2 bundle and got a code for coldheart but gunsmith had no rewards for me, is there a link where I can put my name down so I know that when they fix it I'll get something as well?

Dropped 500 bucks on the system, no coldheart. I do think that someone just dropped the ball here and that bungie will fix it, in sure the issue is that they are just inundated with the tasks that cone along with the launch of a new game. If they have no intentions of fixing this there will certainly a lot of very soured dedicated guardians that have dropped a pretty penny on their product.

Look on the back of your D2 Digital Content Pack card. On the back you will find your code. You will also find this: "Coldheart can be claimed from the Gunsmith after completing the Story campaign and reaching level 20"

That Sony rep doesn't know what the hell he/she is talking about. If you look through your download history within the PlayStation store website, there are two items listed from the code. One is the expansion pass, and the other is the Destiny 2 Premium digital pack. If you attempt to download the expansion pack, the browser hangs. If you attempt to download the premium digital pack, the link is broken. This is a Sony screw-up.

Same issue here and complete BS, coldheart was a 'pre order bonus' and the destiny ps pro had to be pre ordered (at least mine had to be). Horrible way to treat dedicated players.

I also ordered the ps4 pro bundle and did NOT receive my gun. I was contemplating ordering a regular ps4 pro, but decided to wait for the bundle as they said it WOULD be included. Despite the redemption pamphlet on the inside of the game showing 3 redeemable items, I was surprised to find out that I only received 2 after inputting my code into PSN store. I figured it must be a fluke, and once I completed the pre-requisites, I would get the rifle. Here I am, finally finished the campaign and did not receive the gun from the gunsmith. I have contacted PS support and they basically said the same thing everyone else did. Unfortunately Bungie does not seem to have very good support (nor a contact # or live chat for that matter) so this is the only way I can reach out to them. Please fix this. ~A very salty customer

All the retailers I saw selling this bundle for pre-order had it listed as such that this exotic was included. Including on http://www.playstation.com/, Sony's website they say the bundle includes, "an exclusive exotic weapon." Inside the case of Destiny 2 was the leaflet that contained the access code for the expansion pass, digital deluxe content, and Coldheart Exotic. On the other side of the leaflet that the code is on, it states explicitly that the code includes the Coldheart Exotic as well and pictures the Coldheart Exotic on there. It is not the retailers fault. They are just going off the information that is given by Sony or Bungie. Ultimately, Bungie could right the situation rather quickly, while Sony drags its feet. Regardless, I want all the players who have purchased the Destiny 2 Limited Edition PS4 Pro Bundle to put pressure on Sony and Bungie. To do so, please file a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission against Sony and Bungie here: https://www.ftccomplaintassistant.gov/ File it under 'Other', and note that it is 'false advertising / misrepresentation of product'. Take screen shots of the retailer's listing for the bundle and photographic evidence of the leaflet that came inside the game for submission as well. Had the exact same problem! I had the old Destiny PS4 bundle white PS4 and I was looking into upgrading to a PS Pro. When I saw this awesome bundle I figured I might as well continue the tradition of a white Destiny PS4 and go for it. Now that I realize how we have all been scammed out of our content I honstly feel like it was a waste waiting for the bundle to come out. Bungie, we are your fans and you made us all a promise. Please fix this problem and show us that you are invested in your fanbase.

I also purchased the PS4 Pro bundle, and I didn't get Coldheart or kill tracker ghost. I think it is very deceptive of Bungie and Sony to not give us the items we were led to believe would be given to us. Bungie, please say something or give us codes for Coldheart.
